Orders placed before 1pm Mountain Time on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed later, or over the weekend, go out the next business day. You will get a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with tracking once the label is created.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can run a day or two longer during holidays or severe weather. Tracking will always show the latest status.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally from this website at this time. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will email you to confirm the address before resending.
Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the shipping label is created. If 48 hours pass after that email and tracking still shows no movement, contact us at orders@fast-brain-booster.com and we will chase the carrier for you.

Once your package reaches our fulfillment center in Longmont, Colorado, refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no cost. You will not be asked to pay return postage for our mistakes.
